We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide services to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. If you are a compassionate individual who would enjoy helping others develop independence we want to hear from you! You must be detail oriented and well organized. Training will be provided. FT and PT positions available.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Diploma or GED
  • Provide 3 References
  • Background Check
  • Drug Test

What are the requirements for Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) Householders?

SFC Householders must meet minimum state standards. Householders must:

  • Live in Indiana
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Pass a criminal background check for all household members and anyone who may have unsupervised contact with the individual
  • Provide 3 references
  • Meet annual training requirements

What types of support do Structured Family Caregiving providers receive?

A monthly stipend is paid to providers at an established rate based on the consumer’s budget. Each consumer has a Case Manager and a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) who visit regularly, and participate as members of the consumer’s team to address needs and provide resources as needed.

Archer Consultation will be offering a new bonus program beginning the first quarter of 2023. Funding will be provided by the Direct Service Workforce Investment Grant, designed to reward you for your contribution in this field of service.  Watch this space for more details as we get more information to share.

Our plan is to dedicate 95% of the grant to our Direct Service Workers in the form of cash bonuses!  Each month, by the 7th of the month, you will receive a bonus for the month prior for the duration of the funding period.  You may use the bonus however you choose, such as assistance with childcare, transportation costs, utility bills, or even vacation time to rest and relax – YOU CHOOSE!  Bonuses will be based on hours worked and divided equitably among all Direct Support Professionals.

Archer must maintain our compliance with the HCBS Settings Rule to qualify for future rounds of funding. Continuing to provide the quality of services we are known for will qualify you for this exciting incentive!
